A Monumental Address

The Building and C&O Canal

A Beacon of
Georgetown

Four Seasons Private Residences Washington, DC is a world unto itself, though it's only steps from Georgetown's quintessential streets and the acclaimed Four Seasons Hotel. A historic landmark, the building occupies a rare and extraordinary site distinguished by its ample size, prime location, and multi-layered history. The adjacent community park, a perfect place for a stroll or a picnic, has been designed by OLIN Studio, the esteemed firm responsible for the landscaping surrounding the Washington Monument. Beautifully viewed and easily accessed from the Residences, the park also provides easy passage to popular paths for walking and biking along the waterfront.

The Park

A central lawn is divided into three rectangles that mimic the industrial grid of the coal yard that once occupied the site. The lawn and adjoining patio will have flexible seating and open space for everything from picnics to free play.

The Park

This 1.1-acre park with trail, accessible from three different entrances, will create a new community destination in Georgetown. Elevated to the height of the original flood wall, it will provide a new perspective on the storied neighborhood—with enviable water views and a refreshing breeze, even on DC’s hottest days.

Situated on the banks of the Potomac River, Georgetown is DC’s oldest neighborhood and perennially its most favored. From elegant row houses to iconic restaurants to recreational opportunities, this upscale area offers endless opportunities to learn, discover, and enjoy. A retail hub and regional destination, Georgetown is the premier place for shopping and dining, with a dose of Federalist history. It is also a highly coveted residential neighborhood thanks to elegant architecture, walkability, access, convenience, and prestige.

"Just beyond the doors of the Residences, DC's earliest neighborhood has countless opportunities for walking and recreation, dining, and shopping."

—Michael Chase, Concierge, Four Seasons Hotel, Washington, DC

Georgetown's sought-after restaurants run the gamut from charming historic taverns to power dining spots. Likewise, its shopping includes independent boutiques and international fashion labels. Downtown DC—home of the federal government plus museums, monuments, and more—is minutes away.

DC’s most vibrant neighborhood has it all: shopping and dining, parks and playgrounds, open fields and walking paths, entertainment and education, and vistas that range from cobblestone streets to sunlit waterfronts.
